The Sideris Women’s Retreat is a space set apart for rest, renewal, and deepening our relationship with Jesus — together. All women are welcome, whether this is your first Sideris gathering or you’ve been part of the community for years.
This year’s theme is Rejoice, inspired by the book of Philippians, which our church is currently studying. Together, we’ll explore what it means to cultivate joy in the midst of trials — a joy that is rooted, resilient, and anchored in Christ, no matter our circumstances.
We’ll begin Friday evening and spend the weekend in the charming coastal town of Seabrook, Washington, creating space to slow down and be fully present with God and one another. Throughout the retreat, we’ll share meaningful times of worship, teaching, prayer, and conversation, hearing from women within our own church community.
We’ll be staying in large homes together, sharing meals, laughter, and everyday moments that often become the most memorable parts of the weekend. There will also be plenty of space for rest and delight — including hot tubbing, arts and crafts, long walks on the beach, quiet reflection, and unhurried conversations by the fire or around the table.
This retreat is designed to be both life-giving and low-pressure. Come as you are, participate as much or as little as you’d like, and allow God to meet you through community, beauty, and rest as we learn together what it looks like to truly rejoice.
